About Me
I’ve collaborated with startups, enterprises, and government agencies, including the U.S. General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Services, where I co-led the Accessibility Guild and have supported the creation and growth of accessibility practices within numerous federal digital services teams. I also contributed to the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative’s Education and Outreach Working Group, leading the development of the Web Accessibility Laws and Policies resource.
As a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), I aim to integrate accessibility seamlessly into agile workflows. My approach is user-centered, drawing insights from individuals with disabilities gathered by inclusive research and usability testing.
I specialize in accessibility across web, mobile, and document formats, and have experience with screen readers, magnification, voice control, and switch navigation. I also develop and facilitate role-based accessibility training and author Accessibility Conformance Reports in VPAT format.
My goal is to help teams move from intention to action, embedding sustainable accessibility practices that prevent issues before they arise.
